Which newspaper is right about the Arizona bill that would make it harder for students to get into college?

Arizona has been trying to pass a law that would allow parents to refuse to allow their children to attend public colleges.

This week, the state House passed a bill that requires public colleges to accept students from the state’s “low-income families” as well as those from “domestic violence” families.

Critics say the law will have a chilling effect on students’ ability to go to college and create a hostile learning environment.

The bill, however, has also drawn fire from students, faculty and students at the state university system, including students and faculty members who said the bill would make Arizona more of a “failing school” and will actually increase the amount of student debt students are forced to pay.
