The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested 31-year-old Matthew W. Miller on Friday in Florida after a tipster identified Miller as the suspect in a stabbing.
The man who died, 29-year old Daniel H. Hays, was a bartender at the Red Cross restaurant in Orlando.
He was shot in the chest during a robbery in his home on Monday, according to a news release from the Florida Department Of Law Enforcement.
The other victim, identified as 30-year age David G. Fennell, was hospitalized and is in stable condition.
